What do Laugh Clown Laugh have in common with Bruce Springsteen, Kurt Cobain, Led Zeppelin and Notorious B.I.G.? Not very much except...

...in the style of Steve Birnbaum who photographs famous album covers and band photos set in their original location, I decided to take some iconic LCL memorabilia into the streets and the fields and rediscover the exact locations that these masterpieces of photography were originally conceived. Trying to align the artwork with the background with even a slight breeze, busy traffic and failing eyesight proved trickier than Birnbaum was letting on however I set myself to the task and took several of each so that I could choose the best later.

The Village Pump

Here we are playing at the Village Pump in Trowbridge last night. Both bands went down well with the captive audience. The venue is usually a folk music venue hence all the instruments decorating the walls, but I don't think the usual clientele would have appreciated us somehow.
We recently added a cover version of Metal by Gary Numan to our set which fits in really well and adds a nice flavour of hard core futurism from 1979.
